Connect
From Integrations, pick your CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio. All three connect through OAuth: approve access, return to Outlit, and the initial import begins.
Connecting the CRM is an admin task. OAuth scopes are read-oriented — Outlit reads accounts, opportunities, and contacts; it does not write records back to your CRM.
Map your renewal pipeline
After OAuth completes, the connect flow asks you to configure each pipeline:- which open stages represent renewal deals,
- which closed stages count as won vs lost renewal outcomes,
- the renewal date field on the deal — the field Outlit reads as the cycle’s date.
What flows in
Renewal outcomes
When a renewal closes, the outcome can be linked to the CRM opportunity that closed it — the renewal detail keeps the outcome source distinct (CRM-linked vs manual vs billing-confirmed). Closed-stage mapping is what lets won/lost opportunities resolve cycles cleanly.Troubleshooting
Renewals is empty after connecting

Check the CRM connection’s pipeline mapping — renewal stages, won/lost outcomes, and the renewal-date field all need to be set. If they’re set and still empty, the deals may be missing or carrying invalid values in the mapped date field.
CRM accounts don't match existing customers
CRM accounts don't match existing customers
Accounts match by domain and identifiers; ambiguous matches wait for confirmation rather than auto-merging. Check the customer’s Coverage tab for pending matches or identity issues.
Ownership looks wrong
Ownership looks wrong
Ownership typically syncs from the CRM owner field. Fix it in your CRM, or adjust the customer owner directly in Outlit — local owner changes are supported.
Duplicate or missing deals

Stale or non-renewal opportunities can surface during initial mapping. Refine the stage mapping; renewal cycles can also be voided manually if a non-real cycle slipped in.
