Outlit continuously monitors your customers, finds churn risks and growth opportunities, and prepares the next step for your team to review — with the evidence behind every call. It is built for the part of your book of business nobody can watch closely enough: the long tail of accounts that renew, expand, or quietly drift away while your team focuses on strategic names.

How Outlit works

  1. Connect — You link the systems that already hold your customer data: billing (Stripe), product usage (PostHog, Mixpanel, or Outlit SDKs), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio), conversations (Gmail, Slack, Granola, Gong, and more), and support (Pylon).
  2. Resolve — Outlit reconciles people, accounts, domains, and billing records into customer profiles, keeping provenance on what they’re built from.
  3. Monitor — Outlit’s responsibilities watch eligible customers continuously: Churn looks for retention risk, Renewals prepares upcoming renewals.
  4. Review — Anything that needs a person lands in Attention: the risk, the evidence, and — where Outlit has one — a proposed approach.
  5. Approve — You steer. Choosing an approach or approving an email draft is a human decision; Outlit executes only what you approve, like sending the reviewed Gmail follow-up.

Getting access

Your Outlit team provisions the workspace during onboarding. After you receive an invitation, sign in to your company’s workspace at app.outlit.ai. Then:
  • A workspace admin can invite teammates from Settings → Members, or during onboarding.
  • Each teammate connects their own work accounts where relevant (for example, Gmail connects per person, not once per company).
If you joined an existing workspace, check its connected sources. Connect your own Gmail if your team uses email as customer evidence.
