# Submit feedback

> Submit product feedback to the Outlit team through the public API.

## Authentication

Pass an Outlit API key in the `Authorization` header as `Bearer ok_...`. Feedback attribution
comes from the authenticated caller — the request body cannot set a source, user, or
organization.

Submissions are rate limited under a dedicated per-organization feedback quota. They do not
consume paid plan API-call quota. The request body as a whole is capped at 256 KiB
(`413` above that), comfortably above the per-field limits below.

Feedback is product intake — bug reports, feature ideas, and agent friction — not a support
ticket, and it does not guarantee a reply.
